Job Description We are currently recruiting 30 qualified Welders for a major long-term shutdown project based in South Australia (approximately 2 hours out of Adelaide). This is a high-paying opportunity working consistent 12-hour night shifts on a large industrial project, with all accommodation, flights and transport provided. Earliest mobilisation: Tuesday 16th June Project commencement: Wednesday 17th June Project duration: Until at least end of August 2026 , with potential extension. Pay Rates & Allowances Night Shift Rate: $67.60 per hour Time & Half: $78.00 per hour Double Time: $104.00 per hour $5 per hour site allowance $90 per day LAFHA $110 per working day meal & laundry allowance $40 travel meal allowance 8 hours normal time paid on travel days Roster & Hours 13 days on / 2 travel days / 6 days home Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am 13th shift is a 6-hour shift only (6pm – 12am) Two paid 30-minute meal breaks each shift What’s Included Flights provided Accommodation provided Hire vehicles provided Daily travel to and from site organised Long-term project with ongoing reassessment beyond August The Role Heavy industrial welding works Working within structured night shift crews Maintaining high-quality weld standards Working safely within shutdown and project environments Requirements Trade qualified welders preferred Strong industrial or shutdown welding experience Ability to commit to roster and project duration Able to work night shift consistently Must be reliable and safety focused Highly Regarded Previous mining, shutdown or heavy fabrication experience Drivers over 25 years old willing to assist with crew transport Apply Now Positions are limited and mobilisation is approaching quickly.
